I also lightened the hair, the wave did loosen a little bit, but the hair is still soft. The hair also has minimal shedding. Still really nice . The shipping was A1!!!!! I ordered Tuesday and got it next Sunday morning! That was definitely appreciated.

I bought 20 inches & 180% density. i just want to say the communication with this seller was spot on. i bought it two week before my birthday and it came in 8 days!!! (including processing time) its was sooo soft it took color so well and im surprised it still kept its texture. i would definitely buy another unit from this company.

I'm in love with this unit!!!! I installed and was able to wear my wig straight out of the box. No customizing necessary. All I had to do was cut the lace.Hair quality & length exactly as advertised. Preplucked hair line with baby hairs. I will be ordering another one or see if they have a curly hair wig soon.
