Ok so like many others when I first took it out of the package I was looking a bit confused but also after acknowledging that I knew I would have this initial impression based on all of the reviews...I kept going and I added moisture and my chi iron and all I can say is yesssss....this hair is so beautiful...so soft...so bouncy...such a natural flow!!!
