I recently received a unit and was pleasantly surprised by its prompt arrival. The length was just right, and I was satisfied with its accuracy. However, after wearing it for some time, I did experience some tangling in the back. Despite this issue, I would still recommend purchasing it.

I really like this wig. It’s super soft, very comfortable to wear and it has a nice wave to it. I did not notice any weird smells but a quick wash should resolve that easily.Frankly, I love it and as soon as I took it out of the box I sprayed some leave in conditioner treatment, shook it out and rocked it!!!
The hair is beautiful, easy to manage, it came pre plucked. You don’t really have to do much to it.
I have nothing but good things to say about this wig! First shipping is always amazing and second customer service was even BETTER. The wig out of the package was nice and soft and knots were semi bleached. I decided i wanted and even more transparent lace so i bleached them again and the wig looks like it’s growing out of my scalp! Hair barely sheds and curl pattern bounces back after you wash it. No shedding or anything and definitely longer than 22 inches but I LOVE IT!!! Shipping took 5 days! Communication was VERY GREAT!! No problems at all.

this wig is seriously awesome. this is a good buy if you want high density full hair, but for a natural look it is fantastic especially for the price. i searched for hours trying to find a god lace front that people didn't hate. this is good. my head is small and the medium cap is a reasonable fit.

Only eligible wigs(Including no lace cut, no damage, unwashed, no hair cut, no hair dye, no altered, etc) can be exchanged. If you want to exchange it, please contact us in 7 days upon receiving goods. Any request after 7 days will not be honored.
Please contact us first about the problem you met, we will try our best to solve your problem. If your problem can’t be solved without return, we will be happy to accept it and add your name in our return system. Return without communication will be rejected.
Return Policy
We gladly accept returns on all eligible products. YSwigs do not sell refurbished or previously owned products and return postage is on buyer.
Products must be returned to us within 7 days from the day it was authorized for an exchange. After 7 days we will assume that the product is satisfactory and no exchange is necessary.
