I love this unit and the quality feel of the hair. The texture felt like butter and the fullness of this unit was very generous. It was easy to pluck the part and it was very big head friendly. I only flat ironed it after using some heat protectant but it stayed flat throughout the night and didn’t frizz up. I had a few fly aways at the parting which was easily kept down with some got-2-b glued spray. I definitely would recommend if you’re looking for a nice wig for your birthday, a special occasion, or every day wear!
Ok so like many others when I first took it out of the package I was looking a bit confused but also after acknowledging that I knew I would have this initial impression based on all of the reviews...I kept going and I added moisture and my chi iron and all I can say is yesssss....this hair is so beautiful...so soft...so bouncy...such a natural flow!!! Only eligible wigs(Including no lace cut, no damage, unwashed, no hair cut, no hair dye, no altered, etc) can be exchanged. If you want to exchange it, please contact us in 7 days upon receiving goods. Any request after 7 days will not be honored.
Please contact us first about the problem you met, we will try our best to solve your problem. If your problem can’t be solved without return, we will be happy to accept it and add your name in our return system. Return without communication will be rejected.
Return Policy
We gladly accept returns on all eligible products. YSwigs do not sell refurbished or previously owned products and return postage is on buyer.
Products must be returned to us within 7 days from the day it was authorized for an exchange. After 7 days we will assume that the product is satisfactory and no exchange is necessary.
